Points of Attention Return Merchandise Authorization

In order to ask for an RMA code, please send a request to Hippus and ask for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code in the heading of your email.

After receiving this RMA code plus instructions from Hippus you may return the HSM to the indicated address.

You will receive a replacement within 14 days assuming that the returned HSM is in perfect order. Difference in price will have to be paid or will be refunded. We will only charge shipping costs.

Mouse pads

Depending on the desk top surface we advise to use a mouse pad. The Hippus mouse should slide comfortably over the surface. We advise a mouse pad of sufficient size to allow for large movements. We suggest the following brands:
