User Testimonials, Feedback and Submissions All testimonials,

failure of Hippus NV to act with respect to a breach of this
Agreement by you or others does not constitute a waiver and
shall not limit Hippus NV’s rights with respect to such breach
or any subsequent breaches. This Agreement shall be governed by
and construed under the law of the Netherlands without regard
to conflicts of law provisions. Any action or proceeding
arising out of or related to this Agreement or your use of this
Site must be brought in the courts of the Netherlands and you
consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of such
courts.
